I prefer a tinted moisturizer over foundation because I have sensitive and breakout-prone skin. However, I've noticed that I don't experience breakouts when I use tinted sunscreen over foundation. Additionally, it allows your skin to breathe and helps eliminate the dreaded "caked-on" look.
